Collateral Rebrand

I had the pleasure of leading the creative team in a full in-room collateral refresh and rebrand, working closely with Resort Marketing to develop a cohesive visual system across all properties, replacing inconsistent and property-specific creative.

A sampling of before-and-after examples of redesigned guest-facing materials and safety signage is shown.

Case Study

The Challenge

Guest-facing in-room collateral across Westgate Resorts had become inconsistent, with property-specific designs and outdated materials creating disjointedness. The challenge was to develop a cohesive visual system that could be applied across all properties, providing clarity, consistency, and an elevated impression for guests.

Creative Strategy

The approach focused on unifying all in-room materials under a single, recognizable brand identity. Collaboration with Resort Marketing ensured alignment on messaging, guest priorities, and operational feasibility. The goal was to create a system that was both visually appealing and easily adaptable across multiple properties.

Visual Direction

The project refreshed Westgate’s in-room collateral, establishing a consistent visual language across guest-facing materials and safety signage. The redesign introduced a clean, modern aesthetic with clear typography, consistent iconography, and a color palette aligned with the Westgate brand. High-quality layouts and imagery improved readability, engagement, and overall brand presentation.

The Outcome

The in-room collateral refresh delivered a cohesive, property-wide system that replaced inconsistent, property-specific materials. Guests now encounter a polished, intuitive environment, while the unified design allows items to be printed in large bulk runs, reducing production costs.
